Recruitment fraud notice

Malak Al Reem never charges fees for recruitment. This is how to recognise and report a fake job offer made in our name.

Last updated

People sometimes pose as recruiters for well-known companies to take money or personal details from job seekers. This notice explains how Malak Al Reem and its group companies recruit, so you can recognise a fake offer.

We never charge fees

Malak Al Reem and its group companies never ask candidates to pay for any part of recruitment: not for an application, an interview, training, a visa, a medical test, equipment or anything else. If someone asks you for money to get a job with us, it is a scam.

How we contact candidates

  • Our official emails come only from addresses that end in @malakalreem.com.
  • Our open roles are published on the careers page of this website.

Warning signs

  • You are asked to pay a fee or a deposit.
  • The message comes from a free email service, such as Gmail or Outlook, or from a domain other than malakalreem.com.
  • You are pressed to decide or to pay quickly.
  • The role is not on our careers page.

How to report it

  • Do not pay anything, and do not send personal documents.
  • Forward the message, with the sender’s details, to info@malakalreem.com so we can check it.
  • Report it to the police. In the UAE you can report online fraud to Dubai Police through its eCrime platform, ecrime.ae.

Malak Al Reem is not responsible for any payment made to people who falsely claim to represent the group.
