Since 2005 the group has developed, designed and constructed its own portfolio — and then held it. Ownership after handover is the quality guarantee: every drawing, every material and every system is chosen by the company that will still be responsible for the building in twenty years.

Built to be owned.

Most developers build to sell. Malak Al Reem builds to hold — so the incentives that shape a building are the ones that matter after the keys are handed over: durability, systems that work, materials that age well, and a plan that still makes sense in a decade.

    Delivered end to end

    Concept, design, construction, MEP, stone and joinery are all performed by companies under the same ownership — so no stage of a project is subcontracted out of the group.

    Engineering in house

    Architectural and engineering design is produced within the group, with a philosophy centred on precision, innovation and timeless elegance rather than passing fashion.

    Owned after handover

    Completed developments remain owned by the company and its founder. Building something we intend to keep is the strongest quality guarantee we can offer.

  4. 04

    Made, not merely specified

    Marble, granite, doors and windows are manufactured and installed by the group’s own companies, so the material named in the drawing is the material that arrives on site.
