Established under the leadership of Mr. Saud Bin Shehatha Bin Muhammad Alanzi, Malak Al Reem Investment Group is a dynamic holding group headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, bringing together a portfolio of specialised companies operating across real-estate development, construction, engineering consultancy, MEP, natural stone, wood manufacturing, shipping logistics, and fuel distribution.

Malak Al Reem Properties Development is established under the leadership of Mr. Saud Bin Shehatha Bin Muhammad Alanzi, with a focus on developing residential and commercial property.

Saud Shehatha Construction LLC, under the same founder, delivers every development from the group’s own drawings — with branches in Sharjah and Ajman.

MEP contracting, natural stone, joinery and engineering consultancy join the group, so every stage of a building stays inside it.

Into Europe
Malak Regency Hotel opens in Ilidža, Sarajevo — a five-star property of 174 rooms, developed and owned by the group.
